Great location and superb view from the restaurant.

Rooms facing the road can be noisy in the night due to traffic.

Inside garage and very good buffet breakfast. Location, location, very short distance to go biking, skiing etc

Not so many options to eat in the evening, because Silvaplana is so small village

Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty. We received free cable car cards for 2 days which we could return at any time on the reception. The personal was friendly and simple, we liked it.

The hotel has no restaurant and no bar, so you need to go out in the eveneing for a dinner. It was no problem for us as there were lots of restaurants around and we had a car.

Bathroom needs updating, particularly the strange hot water arrangements

Location is very good. Right at the Silvaplaner Lake. Also just 5,5 km from St. Moritz.

There was no hot water ! Rooms are equipped with a sepecial solution, thermostat and a valve, so that you can regulate temperature of water. However even after setting our thermostat to maximum (80C) there was still no hot water - just a light warm... Not possible to have a morning shower. There was a strange smell (not too fresh) in the room - I guess this comes from the wooden walls, furniture, doors, etc.

Good position - 2 min for free bus station to Corvatch and +1 min for a bus station to StMoritz/Corviglia. Big suite with two rooms for couple+1 child (really two boi beds enough for 4 people + one more place for sleap) The shop is 1 min from the hotel. SilvaPlana - a small village with typical alpine houses, unlike industrial architecture of St.Moritz. To reach it ftom St.Moritz banhoff by taxi - 35 franks, 10 min. The buses goes every 15 min till night.

Great location if you want to ski in Corvatsch.

This is a barebones hotel...just expect a room. There is a bar/dining area, but other than breakfast it was empty throughout the day. But this was known beforehand and the price indicated as such.

Location close to Surlej for trip to Corvatch.

Unfriendly staff. Gave 2 single beds (and in different corners of the room, not even adjacent) instead of a double bed for myself & wife despite the booking clearly specifying a doublebed. No staff available after 10 pm! - we wanted some an extra pillow - but no one available at reception (in person or on call)...Infact another guest also highlighted the problem during next morning breakfast...And, when asked for an explanation - didn`t get any concrete answer! We seemed to have got a good deal (price) at the time of booking. But, we got a call on the morning of arrival, specifying that there was some problem with the price and we would need to pay more than the reservation price?! - Though finally at arrival, they accepted the booking price - BUT - not a good experience at all..
